What are some highlights from your seasons with Wando soccer and basketball?

Some highlights from soccer season is when we went to State freshman year and no one believed in us, and we came up as runners up. A highlight from basketball is when I made the team my freshman year. I had to work hard to get that spot. Also sophomore year when we made it to second round of playoffs.

How did you decide you wanted to go to Clemson? How did you decide your major?

I decided that I want to go to Clemson because I wanted to follow the footsteps of my Auntie Lex, who is an alumni at Clemson as a chemical engineer. I also loved Clemson as a kid and my favorite subject is math and science.

What do you think your teachers or peers will remember you for from your time at Wando?

I think my peers and teachers will remember me by my smile. Also how involved I was with everything. I loved helping others that are less fortunate.

Who or what have been your biggest motivators throughout your high school career?

My biggest motivators throughout high school were my friends and family. They pushed me through everything. Even when I thought I couldn’t get through it, they gave me positive advice at all times.

What is your best memory from high school?

My best memory in high school were the football and basketball games I went to. The Chophouse has so much school spirit and was a great vibe the whole time I was there. Also the difference dances at school were not bad experiences at all.
