HUSTLE+Smoothie+Bar...The+newest+healthy+lifestyle

Looking for the newest health trends? Look no further, everything about this health food store screams fresh. The beautiful boho aesthetic, spilling with green plants, the sounds of blenders furiously mashing ice, the room fills with people of all ages in workout clothes.

Hustle Smoothie Bar, located in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, serves as much more than a basic smoothie bar.  Hustle, I would consider, is a lifestyle changer. The invention the “Blender Bomb” (invented by Helen Hall) are similar to protein balls. Blender Bombs are a blend of nuts, nut butters and dates that are put into their fruit smoothies to keep you fuller for longer.  These smoothies are meant to be meal replacers and are ridiculously healthy and delicious.

What truly had me in awe was how much I learned about clean eating just by walking in.  They also had a mini grocery store inside with only the most organic health foods, approved by Helen/ Hushup+Hustle(their brand). They promote fitness and clean eating.  Hustle’s motto is living a 80/20 lifestyle, 80% of the time eating whole clean foods that are good for you and 20% of eating whatever you want.

While there are multiple smoothies to try, the smoothies I enjoyed the most were the “Chocolate Cravings Kicker” and the “PB&J Charcoal Detox.” The Chocolate Cravings is made with organic banana, cacao, almonds or peanuts, pure raw honey, water, a blender bomb, and their “bomb butter” (Hustle’s version of nut butter). It was so amazing it tasted just like a chocolate milkshake, but healthy! The PB&J Charcoal smoothie is made with organic banana, blueberries, peanuts, activated charcoal, honey, water, bomb butter, and a blender bomb. This one brought me back to my childhood favorite, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I absolutely recommend you check out this health food phenomenon. Hustle has influenced many to follow on their journey to be the best version of yourself, physically and mentally.  Make sure to follow them on social media they are very active and provide many great tips and inspiration!
