Spirit Week: Flannel Day Jan. 27

January 28, 2020

Winter Spirit Week started off with Flannel Day Jan. 27.

“The reason we kind of went for a simpler theme this spirit week is because our first spirit week is genuinely the best spirit week that we usually have and like people aren’t as amped to dress up for second spirit week, so we try to simplify the themes this spirit week to see if we get more participation,” Student Body President Lleyton Spivey said. “We sent out forms for people to vote and flannel day had a lot of votes, so we chose flannel day for Monday. It was an easy thing for people to do on Monday and we’ve seen a lot of flannel shirts today, so that’s good.”
