Orchestra Plays Last Note
A banjo, drums, a few guitars, Chuck Berry and Ozzy Osbourne. All of these things combined with an orchestra can make for an interesting concert.
On Tuesday May 8, Wando Orchestra performed in their spring concert featuring a wide range of performances with the Wando Band and select guitar students playing songs ranging from classical symphonies to classic rock.
Being the last concert of the year senior orchestra members were also recognized for the hard work and dedication they put into the art. And all seniors got to display their future goals to the audience by wearing a t shirt that represented what they were planning on doing after they graduate; whether it’s a study abroad, vocational school or a four year college/university, these seniors got to celebrate their individual decisions.
