Homecoming King and Queen 2018
Spirit Week comes to an end with the crowing of Homecoming King and Queen.
Naomi Sembiring and Kellen Noonan, through his Grandfather, pose as homecoming Queen and King
Seniors Naomi Sembiring and Kellen Noonan were crowned homecoming queen and king Oct. 5 as a culmination of homecoming events.The football team defeated West Ashley, 23-16.
Sembiring was escorted by her sister Sasha Pramesti, and Noonan, a football player, was represented by his grandfather.
Other members of the homecoming court included Ally Addy, Chastity Bowden, Macey Mitchell, Margaret O’neil as well asAndrew Nguyen, Justin Pelic, Max McCrary and Clayton Venning.
The door decorating competition was finalized with first place going to the media center staff, second place going to science teacher Ian Banker, and third to history teacher Olivia Thatcher.
A homecoming dance, sponsored by Student Council, was held in the gym on Oct. 6.
